Our switchboards are manufactured and assembled in-house. This enables us to exercise strict quality control at every stage of the process including rigorous inspections at every stage of our projects.

Arthur Domingo
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Arthur is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Arrow Switch Panels with over 25 years of experience in the electrical manufacturing industry. He is responsible for the overall running of Arrow Switch Panels, including setting and leading the
implementation of the organization’s strategy and objectives and overseeing its operating model.
He is a firm believer and practitioner of the GTD (Get Things Done) approach, subscribing to the belief that an innovative company cannot rest on its past successes, he often serves as the leader of continuous improvement. He believes that the key to any successful project is the team behind it.
Bronvin Domingo
DIRECTOR
Bronvin has been the director of project delivery services at Arrow Switch Panels for over a decade now. He has brought in a wealth of experience from various roles, including managing small teams and overseeing large projects, in order to ensure that Arrow Switch Panels continues to provide high-quality products. He believes that communication and knowledge is the key to success.
Ensuring the principles, standards, policies, and constraints used to guide the design, development, deployment and operation of services delivered, Bronvin is an invaluable member of the team.
Lucinda Domingo
FINANCE MANAGER
Previously working behind the scenes whilst in the UK, Lucinda joined as Finance Manager in 2018 to oversee all areas of finance and administration. In addition to this she also serves as the focal point for human resources management liaising with insurance brokers, external accountant, payroll service and financial advisors. With experience ranging across the manufacturing, hospitality and financial industries, she brings across a wealth of knowledge to ensure continued improvement on overall policy and financial procedures.
